❀˖° PERSONAL LICENSE ૮₍ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ₎ა♡ My artwork is intended solely for personal use, unless stated otherwise or if a commercial license was purchased. You're welcome to display it on social media, use as wallpapers, print, etc. If watermark changes are made, please make sure proper credit is given to me.
♡ Using my artwork for profit or tracing is prohibited. Any modifications, including but not limited to editing, recoloring, repainting or tracing of my artwork, are not permitted.
♡ Reselling should not be done for profit (e.g reselling for more than the art was purchased for) unless additional work was performed on the piece (e.g rigging for streaming purposes, etc.) - this will have to be discussed with me beforehand.
♡ Trading or gifting is allowed, however you may do so at your own discretion as long as the TOS are followed. Ensure the new owner is aware of my TOS.
♡ Once the final product is delivered, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all provided files are saved accordingly.
♡ All products will be provided with and without my watermark. Do not alter my watermark in any way.
♡ My artstyle is subject to change as I work on and polish my skills. Please keep this in mind when commissioning me.
♡ I reserve the right to use any piece I create for self-promotion. Please let me know if your order should remain unpublished until a specific date when placing your order.
♡ Your feedback is important to the creation of the piece. Please respond within two weeks for input on my WIPS, otherwise I will finalize the art at my discretion. Once the piece is finished after this period, no changes will be provided. Major changes after approving the final sketch will have an additional cost.❀˖° PAYMENT ૮₍ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ₎ა♡ Payment must be sent before the artwork is started on.
♡ Prices are determined based on demand therefore they are subject to change.
♡ Base prices are for reference purposes. A more detailed character might have additional costs.
♡ Payments are exclusively accepted via PayPal and only in euros.
♡ Bribe Pricing: The cost of bribes fluctuates with demand. Offering a bribe ensures you a spot on my list even when regular slots are unavailable. It also prioritizes your artwork, pausing other standard orders until yours is complete. The only exception is if other bribe orders are ongoing simultaneously. Bribes typically have a turnaround of one month, but complex pieces might require negotiation.❀˖° DELIVERY ૮₍ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ₎ა♡ Due to various factors such as but not limited to orders count, orders complexity, bribes, life situations, I cannot provide a specific time or date for delivery.
♡ To avoid burnout and artblocks, orders will not be done in any particular order except for bribe orders.
♡ Your artwork will be sent to you either via email (if you request) or through the account you used for purchase, unless directed otherwise.
♡ While unexpected delays can happen, I will keep you informed of any significant incidents that may occur.❀˖° CANCELLING ORDERS/REFUNDS ૮₍ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ₎ა♡ I reserve the right to decline any order if it is not within my comfort zone. While I often provide reasons for refusal, I'm not obliged to do so.
♡ I also hold the right to discontinue work on a custom piece or cancel a request due to poor communication, unprofessional or inappropriate behavior, challenges with English language communication, or violations of these TOS.
♡ Refunds are not issued based on personal preference or a change of heart. To minimize dissatisfaction, I allow revisions, provide draft versions and progress updates. Therefore, any refund appeals on these grounds will be rejected.
♡ Should I be unable to finalize a project and decide to cancel, you will be entitled to a full refund.
♡ Any order that takes longer than 2 months to be fulfilled will be entitled to a full refund. Waiting for payment after the order was accepted and feedback on a WIP do not count for this timeframe. The countdown begins once the full payment is received.
♡ For orders that extend beyond 2 months, a full refund will be provided (exceptions apply for complex designs where a specific timeline cannot be guaranteed; this will be discussed once the order is accepted, or in cases where bribe orders delay regular orders).❀˖° COMMERCIAL USE ૮₍ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ₎ა♡ Commercial usage terms vary based on the project.
♡ Please mention in your order if commercial use is intended to calculate the exact price as a piece cannot be used for commercial purposes after it has been paid and finished without the commercial use fee.
♡ For commercial usage, the minimum price increase is 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit. While I retain ownership of the artwork, the transaction grants you the commercial rights to profit from it.
♡ Even if I sell the artwork usage rights to you, I still keep the intellectual rights over the artwork. Please make sure to credit me accordingly.
